02.19.2010 F&B Inventory System installed at Minneapolis Hotel

Donna Lovett, Executive Chef at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center contacted Clear Sky Software in late 2009 looking for a better way to control her food products inventory. After a demo of Clear Sky FOOD and subsequent proposal, Donna quickly gained approval for implementing the system at her hotel. Prior to installation she inquired about Clear Sky’s twin beverage system – Clear Sky BEVERAGE. With the savings by purchasing both F&B systems together, the beverage system was added to the project. On February of 2010 Clear Sky FOOD & BEVERAGE was implemented and Ms. Lovett now has a single tool for controlling her F&B inventory. Clear Sky Software is a preferred and recommended vendor for Marriott International. The City Center Hotel selected Clear Sky’s entry-level system that supports purchases, receipts, and physical inventory with an option to implement the company’s full-featured perpetual inventory system at a later date.
