Management made the decision to extend this technology out to the culinary department and take advantage of Clear Sky’s Food Inventory System. Now the Resort has one vendor and one system for tracking and controlling all food and beverage products. Features include purchasing, receiving, storeroom requisition, transfers, physical inventory, and a rich and flexible reporting system. The Camelback Inn also implemented Clear Sky’s interface to Marriott’s HotShop procurement system thus creating a more automated and accurate product receiving process.
