inventory. This Torrance hotel has been a customer of Clear Sky Software for
many years utilizing the company’s beverage inventory control system called Clear
Sky BEVERAGE. Desiring one inventory system for both food AND beverage
products, Torrance looked no further than the successful relationship already
in place with Clear Sky Software. Now the hotel has a single inventory
solution and support team helping manage all F&B products. Features
include purchasing, receiving, storeroom requisition, transfers, physical
inventory, and a rich and flexible reporting system. Torrance installed their
